DESCRIPTION
This course looks at the insurance cover available to protect policyholders should a product liability claim be made against them. It covers typical policy conditions, extensions and exclusions. It is anticipated that the learner will have some knowledge of consumer legislation or has completed the Product Liability Introduction Module.
